Decker 1.33

Decker 1.33 is a maintenance release, focusing on bugfixes and Lil performance.
Fixes (Web and Native)
- The word "widgets" was not being properly singularized in the Cards dialog.
- The border drawn around Images when displaying them in the Listener no longer overlaps the outer pixels of the image.
- Corrected egregious performance issues when the "first", "last", "drop", and "take" primitives were applied to long strings.
Fixes (Native)
- Corrected problems with the %v "parse" pattern when an identifier was immediately followed by a newline in input.
- Fixed crashes when processing end-of-file signals while using the input[] function from Lilt. This function now returns the number "0" on EOF, allowing it to be readily distinguished from an empty line.
New Features
- The writexml[] built-in function no longer formats XML with indentation and newlines by default; this behavior can be enabled through an optional second argument, if needed. The new default is much handier for generating HTML and generally saves space.
- Better documentation for Lil's behavior when attempting to conform a pair of lists whose length does not match.
- Better documentation for the DAT datablock format, as used to serialize Array interfaces.
