Decker 1.25

Decker 1.25 includes usability improvements, more flexible scripting for Contraptions, and enhanced support for paletted color.
New Features:
- The Listener menu now contains an "Evaluate" option, as a more discoverable (but probably less convenient) alternative to shift+enter.
- If a button has a script created via the Action wizard (or a script of precisely the same format), opening the Action wizard again will pre-populate the form by parsing the arguments in the script. This should be less surprising for beginners and make editing decks more convenient, especially for non-scripting users.
- Contraptions now have access to "deck" and "patterns" globals. This is a deliberate loosening of the original design constraints based on user feedback and observation of how Contraptions are used in the wild. Minimizing explicit reference to the deck in a Contraption is still a good idea, for portability, but allowing access permits the creation of a variety of powerful deck editing and maintenance tools as Contraptions.
- Modified the semantics of the 16-color palette. Previously, the color palette was global to the Decker application itself, persistent between decks within a session. This palette is now a completely independent instance per deck. If it has been modified, it will be serialized along with the rest of the deck and restored when the deck is opened elsewhere. This makes manipulating color palettes from Lilt tremendously less error-prone and makes it easier to use custom palettes in general. While it is technically a breaking change, I don't believe it will disturb any existing decks or scripts.
- It is now possible to switch the pattern palettes to "Color" mode and access the 16-color palette while drawing on card backgrounds manually via the "Style -> Color" menu item.
Fixes (Web):
- Corrected problems with deserializing decks containing exclusively numeric but non-sequential card names.
- Corrected crashes when attempting to set up a background audio loop before any user interaction with the page.
Fixes (Web and Native):
- The FatBits "zoom" icon is now hidden when the menu is hidden.
