If you save WigglyPaint (File -> Save As...), you can run it with Decker, which is available as a native MacOS or Windows executable, and can also be compiled from source for Linux.
I would want to create a full animation with this program, but I'm concerned that the resolution of GIFS is low when zoomed in sometimes. But it is a really great program nonetheless!
